This is an easy question to answer - no, at least not with our level of technology.
We are doing a really good job at imitating life with machinery, there's no doubt about that. But we have nothing to worry about. Robots can't be autonomous with only binary coding. Humans and animals have that magic ability to pick a third option when dealing with stimuli; yes, no, maybe/do nothing. Robots currently can't do that. Until someone comes up with the magic trinary coding, they'll still be fancy pieces of metal with electricity zipping through them.
