the tv series "humans" deals with both human and sentient robot morality in a world where human look-alikes are just tools and slaves, with a few of them capable of thinking and feeling. the whole topic is handled quite well, maybe slightly unrealistically, especially concerning the technological aspects. it's really worth a watch just for the way it questions anyone's morals (it's coming to netflix so i hope it gets more attention).
