I just asked Claude code to combine two spreadsheets, one was 50 rows, 5 columns, the other was 100 rows, 5 columns. No math, just some organization on Claude's part. Something I thought would take Claude 2 minutes instead of me taking 10. I made some breakfast and when I returned, it took 15 minutes and 60k tokens to read the spreadsheets. It didn't even finish the task before running out of tokens. It's bad.
