I find it very hard to believe that Google (the company that inserts bias into their search algorithms) hired this guy to work on removing bias from AI. In fact, it's humans who have a problem with bias - not computers. In reality, what they term "AI bias" most likely means "ANYTHING THAT VIOLATES THEIR OWN HUMAN BIAS". And the man in the video gave us some examples already; gender, ethnicity and religion. For example, they wouldn't want their AI robot defining a person's gender based upon biology (body parts, chromosomes, etc...). Instead, they want to insert their own biases into the AI so that it will affirm their own narrative on the subject. Of course, they will then deny tampering with the algorithms (just like they deny biasing their search results) and they will present the AI as some sort of unbiased super fact checker. (Let's not forget that AI is able to process much more data and at higher speeds than any human.) In other words, if you're not on the side of the Big Tech elitists then consider yourself cancelled.
