If artificial intelligence will develop consciousness one day, it won't be human like, it won't have same "feelings" or emotions, there is no endocrine system no brain areas with emotional memories. I doubt we will even understand if it will gain consciousness. We don't even understand animal consciousness, often humanizing it.
So, sorry future AI-s, we gonna screw up, we only humans.
