Since you are a lawyer I have question for you: What if OP goes public and blasts  the dealership on social media, goes to the news etc, and then agrees to the settlement deal and the gag order. Let's assume OP did this all very quickly, in less than a day, and the settlement was signed by both parties before the dealership realized that OP went public. Obviously the gag order prevents OP from saying anything after it was signed, but does it matter what was said immediately before signing? As in OP signed the agreement in bad faith knowing they had just blasted the dealership all over the place and a gag order is kind of pointless since that information is now already out there? I'm curious what the legalities of that kind of behavior would be.
