I've found some IDE plugins useful for serving as a rubber duck when I'm stuck on a problem or for skimming through my code when I'm missing an obvious error. But I refuse to let it touch any of my code and going through so many interviews where HR and managers are excited about the technology is just exhausting.
I genuinely struggle to lie in interviews when asked about my comfort / interest in working with AI; I have none, I find the technology disgusting on so many levels you'd need an elevator to explore them all.
