It's crazy how many people write off AI when we're just a few years into this burgeoning technology. And the capabilities are accelerating while still already being the fastest-adopted technology in the history of humanity. Without global regulatory alignment and enforcement on how to handle the coming AI Catastrophe, these companies have no choice but to play the game the way the table is laid out. It's Game Theory 101. Without the referees (governments) enforcing the rules of the game and creating a fair and level playing field, the players in it will do whatever it takes to ensure the success of their own outcomes. This is a race for ALL the marbles. You may not believe that they get there, but I can assure you that's not what the people inside these companies are thinking, all while trying to fend of fierce competition from some of the most valuable companies in the world.
