As someone who used to read chat logs for millions of kids and adults playing online games, there is so much shit that didn't cross a threshold, if we reported everything to the authorities we'd be crying wolf literally every day. People say all kinds of shit, I can't imagine the kind of stuff people say to a private chat bot. You hope you get it right but if you are sending everything with a slight stink to the police, you're not helping anybody. For what it's worth, my team did send things to authorities and one time it was credible enough for the FBI office to step in and we had extra private security at our offices for a while. That one was directed at us but when it's at others we did send things to those local authorities, too. Lots of suicides that I'd rather not think about, too.
