This is part of the reason, people think AI is 'for generating pictures with extra fingers' when the reality is that the LLM models are quietly driving huge process changes in industry, far far away from most people's interaction with chatgpt or whatever.
What we're developing internally is making massive improvements for internal staff and customers in ways people just don't grasp.
