People believe that once the bubble "bursts", this will cause all efforts towards an AGI to stop, but I doubt it, in fact, looking at it closely, it seems that the crisis in RAM and GPU is due to the madness of Sam Alman and OpenAI to build the stargate and thus have a possible AGI before Google, or well, obviously China. They do not even know what GPTmeans, or much less the key names of the models, such as Google's Nano banana, and yet, they continue to repeat like sheep what their favorite influencers say, discrediting AI without a reliable source of information (something that now with Netflix and Warner, I see more people not believing anything, but those same people believe everything that is said negatively about AI) and proof of this was the photo of the girl in the cafeteria that became a trend by showing the ability of Nano banana pro to create realistic images (but that can really be done even with the original Nano banana, and other older or smaller models, such as the Z-image open-source)
