The core problem is how we hire Before 08-10 you would have had a job by now. The weird "specialist" criteria silicon valley has now is litterly the anti-thesis of what made silicon valley. Do you think the average person out of college had any clue about software from 75-05? NO. Silicon Valley used to train people. That has all stopped.
Also all those jobs that went to India will back fire. We've seen this before with Dell.
