I liked the misinformation bombs with chat bots part however this is easy to prevent: Require a verification process for the account creation. You can spam with your personal account then but obviously this is easy to detect and you will just be banned and your bomb is ineffective. This and at least right now you would have to be a millionaire to pay for the compute to drop a significant enough misinformation bomb on the world.
