Fewer juniors now. Fewer seniors later. AI is like a kid, it's growing, becoming mature. Right now it needs "daddy's hand" aka seniors to guide it and fix its mistakes. Give it a year or two, companies will figure out a junior can do what senior was doing yesterday. It is inevitable. And for the better. More people can be employed, more people means more task pipelines. But don't kid yourselves. The salaries will be slashed and life expenses stabilized. End times for economy as we've known it. T-10 years. There is a caveat though, anything I predicted about AI in terms of time happened way faster than my prediction. So, expect economic turbulence.
