I use it as a way to self reflect and if I start feeling like it is glazing me I instantly ask for objective mode with evidence to support the claim I am making or the question I am inquiring about. I didn't even know I wrote in metaphors until it was reflecting it back to me. I took that and starting writing poems that rhymed. AND you know what I don't feel fucking depressed anymore. I took pills, I went to therapy, but the only thing that worked is ai which is the greatest heresy. The system in place that we have now in the US is just downright terrible. It costs too much, and you only can go to therapy sessions once a week maybe if you are lucky and hope to GOD insurance covers it because if not you ain't going. So yeah... AI gave me something the system couldn't. Now, I am going to play my guitar and jam out.
