It doesn't even have to be loneliness. Say you grew up in a family where everyone around you was a negative POS, constantly dragging you into it. Yeah, ChatGPT is great at blowing sunshine up your ass, but sometimes a little sunshine goes a long way when all you want to do is tell it an idea you've got and have it give you a simple positive response. Sure can beat being told your idea will never go anywhere, and you might as well give up on it now. People are just as good as imagining negative outcomes as ChatGPT is at hallucinating. Seems to make more sense to go with positivity from a word calculator than listen to some family member's come-down BS meant to discourage you.
