Do people not get how ChatGPT works? No. Most people do not get how ChatGPT works. Including engineers. Including you. Including me. And I wrote a 90,000 word book on human-AI interaction. Post about AI regularly on Substack. I get interested readers anywhere from PhD researchers from Europe (Milan, Austria, Munich, etc) to just people interested in no fluff reality-based writing on Ai, AI ethics, human-AI interaction, And I won't even be smug enough to claim that. I *really* know how ChatGPT works. And I promise you that people who know 10 times less than me, are charging money to teach it. And if you think you know how ChatGPT works, then you really don't.
