Right now I have colleagues in India, about 2% of whom are brilliant developers. At the same time my team is forced to work with junior developers in India who don't even know the programming language we are using. Or our every day processes, how to create pull requests for example. They also don't listen to you when you try to explain something. Literally would never be hired if we interviewed them. But they are cheap, so management wants use to use them. Same with AI.
