This seems to me a leap moment. It's what you get when you start training on a rich source of data, in this case probably YouTube.
I haven't felt so "updated" since Dall-E, ChatGPT introduction, GPT-4 and reasoning mode. Something I was not expecting so soon. We reached human like language and voice already, now we have the whole world simulated to a level we can't distinguish from video.
It hits in many directions at once - against news reporting, influencer videos, advertising video production, gaming, porn sites, educational/instructional video market, waifu enthusiasts, music videos, you name it... they will have to adapt soon.
It will also support development of spatial reasoning AI, robotics and computer use agents.
