That’s what I’ve been saying, I’ve been seeing so many Redditors cheer this shit on like it’s life changing and I can tell it’s teens or other young adults that don’t respect themselves or their capabilities. I’ve been seeing people use it for therapy with barely any success, I turned my whole life around during the pandemic just because *I* directly confronted parts of myself I didn’t want to. There was a point I got curious, legit one of the few times I could count on my hand of using “AI”, if it’s good to help me with that. It was just a yes man saying stuff I could just see by Googling, with that being better since *I* can come to my own conclusion about how to move forward. I legit just kind of feel like I’m one of the last few of Gen Z that are actually making the decisions best for the long term. I forced myself to love to learn and appreciate things in my life, while I just can’t get along with Gen Z much because it’s like they like being miserable or sorry. We as humans have the capability to rewire our brain how we want to by being dedicated to learning, growing, and living a life allowing for that by not seeking short term gains. Like you said, it’s a muscle, allowing AI to run your life while it’s still corporatized is like using steroids. And very rarely do you find someone that uses steroids that properly uses steroids, the allure of being capable without the massive amount of work needed to be, is just that damn strong. But putting effort into building up your life, is how you live fruitfully as a human.
