I was a making a little QT project for a class on the raspberry pi. I was trying to launch qtwebengine but it would keep crashing. I spent 4 hours trying to diagnose with AI, the best paid model, web search models, copilot. Nothing. I felt frustrated. Then I realised I was relying too much on AI for code diagnoses. So I rewrote the issue and searched it on Google, and boom found the GitHub discussion post with the fix. It was one line that needed to be changed in the kernel. Took me less than two minutes.  This was an important lesson for me, I think I’ll make AI my last resort, or use it for refactoring and commenting. This garbage isn’t taking my job any day. Imma start reading the documentation.
