Probably but humans will adapt and fill niches where Ai and machine offer little value. If our materials needs are fulfilled by machines then things may lose all value. Humans will probably move their entire attention toward intangibles such as experiences, arts, philosophy, spirituality, community etc and it could foster a new type of society and economy
Also science may unlock totally new possibilities for humans we cannot even comprehend now
