I'm so sorry you're dealing with this. You don't deserve this. Especially not from someone who was supposed to be taking care of you, not taking advantage of you. As others have advised, you need to treat this as a criminal matter and report this to your local police. Also, run a full credit report, review it carefully to see if there are any other fraudulent accounts, and immediately freeze your credit. Once you have the police report, you will need to provide that to the credit bureaus notifying them of the identity theft.
