My wife worked for a content company that tried to replace actual writers with AI. The thing is, they didn’t tell their clients. Needless to say, they almost immediately noticed the drop in quality and didn’t appreciate the attempt to hoodwink them. Between writers leaving in droves and clients dropping them, they went out of business in short order. AI looks good on paper to executives, but the numbers don’t reflect that AI writes stiff, contentless articles that nobody wants to read.
