Worse than any of those, it could manipulate us. Make us dependent on it. The way our technology functions is already becoming increasingly opaque, which could let it siphon away money/resources. It could run individualized propaganda campaigns to shape our behavior.
The vast majority of "hacks" are caused by social engineering. Humans are the weakest link in cybersecurity, the AI could exploit that as well to eventually gain control over vital systems.
