Reach out to people you know in your industry that is employed. Even if you only worked with them or engaged with them a little bit, it could at least get your foot in the door and remember, they might remember more you than you do of them. Tbh, knowing people is the best and quickest way to land at least solid interviews. Recruiters are completely disappointing. Edit: Also including job postings in Indeed, Ziprecruiter, LinkedIn are very often out of date or are not 💯 accurate. ATS applications are so dumb and out of date with keywords. AI parsing also a useless tool and people With talent and are a perfect candidate are scarily often overlooked because of the use of these tools.
