This is interesting to me. A while back I heard a bunch of buzz about Prompt Engineering and this is a production example. I've done some work with Semantic Kernel with C# .Net Core and prompts are part of your code.
It'll be interesting to see how we start to write and maintain prompts in large ai systems. You'll want to test adding or removing distinct elements of a larger prompt with replacement values for A/B testing. Maybe each statement is its own "class " that gets compiled down into the larger Prompt.txt file.
