While I agree with the sentiment the reality of the situation is that, if you are fighting a military using weaponized drones without the backing of a nation, maybe reconsider. However, if any of you out there are dead set upon this I would opine that it’s possible for any moderate sized workshop with access to computer chips and the ability to fabricate a gimbal or other aiming device to use machine learning techniques to identify likely drones and blind them with commercially available laser dazzlers, or else to convert semiautomatic weaponry to fully automatic and use a simplified version of the CRAM targeting system to shoot them out of the sky.
