It would follow that anything created with Photoshop is not copyrightable. Computer assistance is either allowed or not allowed. The quality of the assistance can't be relevant.
A computer is a slave that does the bidding of its operator master. The operator owns the work. Curating art produced by AI but directed by the operator/curator may have 0 mechanical artistic skill, but the concept/direction/editorial process is a big part of art and distinguishes great art from pretty dogs playing poker.
The only thing this ruling changes is "branding art" as AI generated. Just let the operator and mega corporation that owns the operator claim they did sufficient touch ups to any computer assistance in the art.
