Look at any industry ever. Right now we have billions of people who have untreated medical issues that affect their lives and reduce their productivity. The demand for medical care is massive, and only increasing as we develop treatments that never existed before
It's going to get busier and more profitable for doctors first, then the market will be eaten up generally leading up to a duopoly in the given industry. The doctors fresh out of school and fully versed in the "AI tech" might be able to treat 5 patients in the same time a traditional doctor will treat 1, reducing the effective retirement date for many doctors
At least that's the most optimistic hypothesis I have
