We should allow the all knowing, all powerful entity to perfect every task to the point where everyone is removed from their means of living. We shouldn't break up monopolies or have anti-trust laws. /s
The point that just because we have allowed changes in certain areas before means we should allow changes in all of them is just dumb. Pretty much most countries on Earth have laws regarding monopolies, for instance, because it's widely accepted that it incentivizes more competition and thus is better for the consumers overall. If a certain change will cause significantly more harm than good then it's entirely reasonable to question it. It doesn't automatically make you a luddite, it makes you a critical thinker.
