This is the kinda shit ai will do. It will decide something but the company will just use ai to tell the people with the problem the same thing over and over. It will be even more difficult to get a human to look at something to check an obvious issue. We need regulations to force companies to have humans available to review the bullshit that ai and algorithms decide
