Sam’s intentions are clear here.
However, when it comes to an AI that could operate as its own agent, infiltrate and hide itself in the internet and manipulate for its own goals, it would be an open source AI that would likely be able to do that. One that is hosted and given the access and the tools to roam around the internet and install itself where it pleases.
I don’t think the answer is regulation, i think it is probably to revolutionize internet security.
