@MKRSpineConfiscatorthat's not how it works, you view the search through Google. Or bing or yahoo doesn't matter. Google chooses what images and websites you see. For example illegal stuff in Google are always not found or even some sites that Google shadow ban.
So no it's still Google responsibility what's on their search page, either it's illegal stuff or copyright stuff. But people don't know copyright. Google and midjourney is not responsible for copyright law. If people make ironman through generation, that is fine, is not breaking copyright. Where it gets to be an issue is people who generate ironman and start making money from that process by using potentially copyrightted content. But there is also a degree of sufficient transformative work that also plays.
Companies displaying copyright content is not the problem, otherwise websites wouldn't work.
