i imagine in next decade or so... there's going to be a lot of displaced people in mid tier jobs. ones... where a decade prior were solid paying jobs, squarely middle income. will be replaced ruthlessly by cost cutting for profit medical companies.
lab techs, radiologists will probably be the first to go.
