World renowned healthcare??? More like slave labor for the communist govt where they charge foreign countries for the drs services but then only pays them SIXTY DOLLARS A MONTH and keeps the rest. The average salary is $44 a month btw.
Its completely ridiculous and honestly kinda sad people are so disillusioned with their part of the world they repeat obviously made up facts and figures about a communist govt that doesnt allow free speech in any way and owns all the press, media, and internet and more or less enslaves all of its people.
