Question: I've heard that North Korea spends about $1 per year per person on public health care, and they refuse assistance from other countries, so how have they avoided an epidemic like this?
Is it because they can just line up all the infected or suspected infected people and their families and just kill them?
How can some of these countries have ebola /zika/ plague outbreaks that last for months even with millions in assistance and medical aid from many other countries and NK seems to avoid this?
