fortunately I don't think that would be an issue.
The moment we hit full closed loop automation. It will be a technology that will be open sourced. And it will be incremental enough that everyone in the field will have a pretty good idea how an AI system was implemented.
So it unlikely the Rich will have special access to this technology. Also you have to start question what it means to be Rich with full automation really. This would be a technology that could boot- strap itself. This tech completely breaks our whole notion of an economy since it brings about the closest thing we can get to post-scarcity.
