I've seen a lot of posts about developing countries taking a hit and I have to disagree. I have been to India for the company I work for and one trip there I suggested an investment of ~$30,000 on some equipment to help speed things up (higher efficiency) and it would have had a return on investment of about 3 years. The manager of the plant in India said no need for more equipment. I found out later that it is by far, cheaper to hire 50 guys than spend money on about anything automated. Also, I see no way AI will be ready in 4 years. I think to many people are using the AI term when "robotics" would be more true.
