Hi Professor Hawking,
I, a 17 year old from the UK, am planning to study computer science and then potentially specialize in AI, as I'm sure many here are. Should we successfully manage to emulate intelligence, who should decide the morals we instill/install? This seems an awful amount of power entrusted to those who study the field, I see the topic becoming a fiercely political one. Essentially, how tightly do you think it's development should be regulated and by whom?
