They're right. We don't want to build AI weapons that are made to keep functioning on their own, outside our control, based on programming made today. The context is global, but it's always changing bit by bit, day by day. An AI that is made to elude interference, and strategize accordingly . . . how many shifts in context will it take before a copycat AI calculates that WE are no longer US, we're THEM. And it knows exactly what to do with the enemy.
