There's nothing in the DPA that can allow them to force Anthropic to do that.

Those that pretend to be using it will end up advancing while those who are honest will likely be let go. Take for instance Spotify where the engineers lied to the CEO and told him most of their code is now AI generated. He ate it up and even shouted them out on the earnings call. Those engineers have him completely fooled, and they are being rewarded for it.

The funniest ones are the comments that explicitly mention Claude Opus 4.6 lmao - how suddenly "things changed after it released" and "how good it is." My company is also paying for copilot. The best thing it did was write a very good justification to purchase a very expensive software I wanted. I was impressed at how accurate the info was. Utterly useless for anything else and what I actually need to do my job
