VirtualBox is free. Don't ever do dangerous stuff with your computer. I'd nuke my installation and reinstall.
[CV Dazzle](http://cvdazzle.com/) is a very cool website that deals with camoflauge from face detection algorithms.
I feel like this sort of thing is a plausible reason why people from the future have such crazy make up and hairstyles in sci-fi movies.
There is probably great pressure to make such systems autonomous. If all the logic is contained within the drone then it can't be jammed. While a link to the outside provides an extra measure of control, it also provides another way to attack the drone.
I can't take the greed anymore. I hope they all rot in hell or become a seagull covered in oil.
> In game states where all sane moves lead to certain loss, the AI falls back to playing moves that 'fish' for enemy mistakes.
One of the reporters in the Q&A session of the press conference brought up how "mistakes" like these affect expert systems in general, for instance when used in the medical domain. If the system is seen as a brilliant oracle who can be trusted, what should operato…
Yeah I'm not sure what the plan is here.
You might have a homeless guy who, being a citizen, could in theory take this offer, which seems like a generous opportunity. But there's tremendous resources required to even survive out there and meet the 5 yr ownership criteria, let alone turn a profit in the long run.

Yeah Russian laws concerning gays and gay "propaganda" are disagreeable and even outright oppressive, but that does not revoke one's rights to show disgust towards the attackers and compassion towards the victims.
So you're telling me if we stop paying for stuff over seas then other countries will start paying for it?
Umm... win? 👍
I guess it's hard to not have a throw away culture when it comes to technology because it's advancing so quickly :/
How has no one yet recommended the excellent, Pulitzer Prize winning book The Sixth Extinction, which deals with this very topic?
To NPT? Yes. They signed in 68. This scandal was a big deal. They have since signed an Additional Protocol to allow for greater IAEA access.
Poor Belize so much of the nice parts are barely above the current high tide line, which is why they relocated the capital to the middle of the country. As the sea level rises all the little islands and nice coastal areas will be inundated.
All i know is my generation (I've just turned 29) they went on about it so much that i thought we were very on it as a country, i remember thinking it was so good that australia is so environmentally consious. Then as an adult i realised they have just raped it. And that we pretty much let ot get raped for the benefit of the richest 1%.
Its fucked.
Im guessing all the stuff i heard was because…
Koreans party hard though in the hours between shifts. Some of the heaviest drinkers in the world.
To stop eating meat and animal products like dairy would have the biggest impact compared to everything other measure by far. It's very ecologically heavy compared to a plant based diet overall, but much of the amazon is being cut down to make room for animal agriculture or for crops to feed those animals.
Exactly! In my other comment I implied that it's just an opaque process installed to provide a rationale for hiring who they already wanted to. Otherwise they'd have to implement advanced features like noticing what kind of people were already present and what was lacking.
I think yelling at a robot is worse, this at least make some kind of fucked up sense.
The only reason any would vote no is if they have interests in other facial recognition companies. Honestly even if you make the ethics argument it doesn't stand up. The govt is just going to buy it from someone else.
I'm not crazy about that either, but at least an informed consumer is going to be aware of the presence of their iPhone's facial recognition camera.
The notion of being out in the world and having no say over your identity being clocked and your actions being tracked while you're doing no harm whatsoever is super gross.
