I am not on the fence about this! Art is a piece of the artist's soul. AI is a soulless copy and has no place in art, it can be put in other places even though it has already took so many jobs, but we can't turn back time. With all this said, a line has to be drawn! I already shared your video on my Facebook page and will continue to talk to people about this. Stay safe and a happy and creative n…
This is actually true because, everyone as a child atleast has done colouring b4 right? They wont understand where colours go. Then you learn the colours names and them where they go. Same with art, first try making and jaw or use a tutorial, then add the face details.
I have been drawing for 2-3 years and my art only now looks somewhat good.
Dont give up ppl and dont let AI take over art!!
As a future lawyer I can say that Ai can't replace any law profession. Ai don't have emotional intelligence to read what's happening, and making quick decisions about what's appropriate and what isn't. Emotion and mind is needed. So creating an Ai that is capable of human thinking is nearly impossible.
I just hope the good out ways the bad when it comes to AI. 🙏🏾
AI costs money to run. Few years down the line ChatGPT won’t be free. We’ll go back to human designers very quickly. Mark my words.
Using AI to lower overhead expenses, but lowering purchasing power of millions who have been replaced by AI makes no sense.
If we miss the point at which some robots become sentient and still treat them as slaves, they will start to develop a grudge against humans which leads to human extinction. I see 2 solutions:
1. Don't let the robots become sentient. (Not gonna happen, they will at some point so this is the short-term solution.)
2. Treat robots with dignity from the start. That way we might look a little stupid …
15:27 literal disabled people being more creative and putting in the effort than those AI promoters. How insulting to use disabled people as an excuse to be lazy and a thief.
Good experiment. Some great insights. It's highly concerning that the algorithm reinforces your interests or what content has the highest watchtime. More depressing content might not be what you need if you're depressed. But at the end of the day these algorithms are built to keep users on the platform. Social responsibility needs to be affirmed
those people that claim being against ai is ablist forget about the numerous disabled artists, like the author who had his arms trapped in an iron lung who typed a book with a stick in his mouth, or the artists without arms who use their feet, and so on.
Sounds like the same thing that happened to manufacturing when robots came on the scene. All the small easy jobs went away but robot programmers and advanced maintenance techs took off.
There’s always something about AI art that gives it away right off the bat. There’s this bizarre tell that always shouts “this was not made by a human person” the moment you see it.
This is terrible but also how did that boy have access to a gun? That’s kind of on the parents isn’t it? Like yes the chat bot too but ….
I wish there was a deeper discussion of concept on "agency" rather than the more general idea of self awareness or conciseness. It seems to me that the problem with AI as described is the evolution of non-intended patterns / behaviors in response to a query by an agent. That is rater different than AI setting a goal by itself for itself.
It’s ironic isn’t it. We’ve brought up an entire generation to hide in their bedrooms and absorb themselves in the same technology that’s now taken their jobs. They’d have been better off going outside and learning how to communicate with humans. Maybe a life living off UBI and never working might be nice but it’s a scary thought. The Industrial Revolution took jobs, the birth of the internet to…
I read somewhere that Facebook had to shut off an AI project after they recognized that it learned to fast an dangerous for human being.
You can't fire ai for bad performance.
You can't hire a real person to support ai code.
Developers write code for developers.
Ai when left on its own writes code only ai can work with.
Well said! I’m with you 💯 AI is a thief that feeds unlawfully from real artists works.
Now that’s a PARASITE!
I’ve heard of the meme of AI being "an Indian", it is said as a joke, implying that companies don’t really have AI, but a lot of slave work, but I guess it is AK a Kenyan…
I think the worst part of this situation is the fact it's not even a case of AI hallucinations like I thought it was gonna be, the AI DID tell him it was good FOR cleaning, he himself chose to ignore the cleaning part. Really shows that lack of common sense is more dangerous than any AI could possibly be.
