There needs to be a cost benifits analysis on the annual cost of having a human analysing and deciding a refund vs an ai giving a refund. If you are paying your call centernstaff $40k each annually and a gpt cost is only $5k annually, would it matter if a gpt gives away $35k of annual refund.
