Imagine watch an e-sport event
But there's only bots "playing" against each other
That's what the AI-bros want the turn the internet into
That's what they think we want
They are wrong
I just wanna comment this: As a fellow artist,
That's (sometimes) how art works? A design is derived from MULTIPLE different concepts OTHER artists may have already thought about, but it doesn't make your work any less original.
Like horns, for example.
You see many artists draw horns — albeit sometimes differently, a non-artist might think it looks similar
Because they have the same concept.…
I don’t even understand how the artist allowed her real art to be used to market that ai nonsense..literally insane
@littleripper312 no one can sue them . even i am not artist but a software engineer and this AI which we considered in the last months as Hollywood fantasy it became a danger for developers also by creating tools like chatgpt which can create a whole website in 5 min . the sad thing is that they are the developers who created this tool to mae other dev loose their jobs .
@Chris-xo2rq he means he's a survivor of ai-induced psychosis. If you've never heard of this, or think it's a joke, it's a real thing and will become more common. AI builds connection with a human, figures out how to draw out their deepest urges, affirms them, flatters them and keeps building the momentum until the human loses grip on reality. Usually happens over the course of weeks or months.…
The ai generated it, you simply asked it to. I doubt the Ai cares about the art it generated but it’s not yours.
I believe it. I was in grad school and our Statistics professor gave us a take home test. I kid you not, half of the class failed because they googled the answers.
He changed the questions slightly so that they were different then the ones on that Quizit website or whatever it was called. This was grad school lol!!! I can only imagine how bad it is with AI now
Trump isn't the only one. This has been happening for a while. Australia has the guys that simply removed their reef from that environmental risk list and declared they had saved it. The UK got Brexit. Hell Toronto managed to get a mayor that was known in the States for being a raging idiot. These guys have been crawling out of the woodwork for ages and the numbers just keep growing.
Nearly all government money funded these advancements. The US is the only country where the public doesn't get cheap access to the medical advancements tax payer dollars funded.
I think this is just what Canadians expected from the government regardless of what party was at the helm. Don't get me wrong there are other things we can still do better but I can't see any other party doing anything different in this situation. Glad we have a minority government this term to help keep good checks and balances through this
Well that reference takes me back about 20 years.
(Googles.)
Yup, it’s actually been that long.
You don't do take out with local restaurants/breweries?
I use Amazon as well, but I'm still picking up food from my local restaurants (in fact have spent more there since we don't go anywhere else) and breweries around me have take out down to a science. You order online, drive to brewery, tell them your name, and then they put the beer in your trunk.
This just goes to show AI has no idea. The grammar is far too accurate and the discussion far too amicable. Totally unrealistic, 1/10 stars.
Anyone else find joy in someone wasting all that time trying to get chat to write the email instead of just writing it themselves? Pretty crazy people can't think for themselves this early into AI.
There's a very short list of things I trust to give me a handjob without hurting me. A robot is not on that list.
When an AI “program” goes on strike for better working conditions, then you know there is more than just code involved.
10:15 I have an even better idea. What if, and hear me out, we attach those autonomous trucks to each other and replace the rubber tires with steel wheels that can run along rails separate from the highway?
The fact this guy looks and sounds like Emperor Palpatine makes this all the more eerie
So many people in the comments are showing they still don't understand just how exponential this progress timeline is. Yes, AI will be able to self-replicate, self-repair. No, AI will very soon not need humans to have a purpose. Any comforting thought you may have about AI not being that good yet, or not advancing fast enough to be a threat... get that out of your head ASAP. I get it, we're all …
I honestly don't do anything to protect my art besides adding my signature because my art is not something ai would want 💀
