Something tells me that robot would still be alive even if the car wasnt bulletproof
I literally saw a comment on a video about doing this about 4 shorts before this video, they said that the feedback helps them process and no one can access their words. I did definitely scroll back and reply that they shouldnt do that. Maybe we shouldnt have given public access to AI without informing people how it works!
0:21 "thinking that she can save her art from our theft which isnt theft, it's ai art that we made originally and it's more accessible to our token disabled people" pick a side guys, are you punishing artists for being mean or are we punishing you for stealing
3:10 "Their interest in tech doesn't translate to tech literacy."
No, of course it doesn't. Because AI bros are not interested in tech. They are interested in being credited for learning that they did not bother to actually, well... do. I have found that 100% of the time, they are not good at ANYTHING. They can't be bothered to do anything, like learn the language of the country they are living i…
"Look at the violence of the anti-AI furry weebs."
**Cuts to me coloring a children's coloring book with my Crayola crayons while holding a Care Bear.**
@callyral yeah but then they're gonna go onnnn and onnn about how "wellll ermmm ermmm fanart is taking art without permission! ermmmm ermmm the ai is ermm inspired ermmmm just like a human"
> The new propaganda law prohibits the press, television, and radio from justifying, recognising as legitimate, or denying the Russian Federation’s armed aggression against Ukraine in 2014. This entails, in particular, presenting Russia’s armed aggression against Ukraine as an "internal conflict," a "civil conflict," or "civil war," and denying the temporary occupation of parts of Ukraine’s te…
Modern businesses are designed to extract the most short term wealth out of the current workforce. Companies simply don’t have the foresight to hire and train new grads because, in the short term, reducing the work force and automating entry level positions is more profitable. This will eventually lead to a major deficit of workers qualified for middle management and upper level positions. But th…
Calling AI art the ‘democratisation of art’ is like calling AI Dungeon the ‘democratisation of writing a story’.
Edit: Replaced Chat GPT with Ai dungeon because the latter felt like a more apt example.
In one sense it is ironic for a human to ask a robot where her thoughts come from, since we humans actually do not know where our own thoughts come from.
The biggest question for these big businesses is "who is going to buy their goods and services, if their customers are replaced by AI at their employment places and obviously have no disposable income?
Option 4: AI economy goes busts, everyone loses their jobs, everyone has to bail out AI companies, AI billionaires walk away as trillionaires.
I liken AI to the atomic bomb back in the day. The cats out of the bag now. There’s no reversing that. Even if our scientists stopped research due to these very real fears, others will continue to push this research. It’s an arms race. And it’s inevitable now.
That’s what I like about us (Canadians) - yea we might not agree on everything and have different political views and party affiliations, but (for the most part) we try to stay objective and give credit where it’s due. Like liberals or more like everyone agreeing that Ford has really stepped up for Ontario during this.
Guys remember that this wasn't posted by the official hoyoverse account but most likely by an employee. I doubt they would support ai art because it would not benefit them in any ways and only cause more hate
I love when they say AI allows non-artist to make art without the gatekeeping, because really the only thing stopping you is being lazy. Like I have a friend that's always looking for a side hustle and his new one is to sell art he makes, and to my surprise he actually made them himself. Granted they look like a kid's drawing but he enjoys the process.
yo dog if you're in this community: have you heard any of these artists (sam, ross, kooleen) actually crying about ai art? just curious
Right - this is what Sam Harris refers to as *The end of human drudgery*, but when he talks about AI, one of Harris's main points is that, even ignoring issues of safety and control, our economic systems are such that general AI would likely lead to a small number of trillionaires, and extreme poverty for everyone else.
I'm not impressed by the linked article. It gives the impression Gates hasn'…
"Shareholders layoff CEO and replace with AI, cut costs by millions."
I can't wait until we see this headline.
Yeah. It is those in charge of hiring trying this.
Anyone that used AI knows it is very flawed and it is not a replacement.
