not really, ai art is boring because you cant get that feeling of seeing a drawing and thinking "oh, i love this person's artstyle, i wonder what else they draw", because tehre is no person. you see an ai image of a fantasy setting and you cant go "oh, i wonder what the race of that character is called, or whats the story of those floating islands" because there is no intent. Its boring because there is no continuation. Its like if you read a snippet of writing you really like only to find out that there is no story that it belongs to. Even if an artist draws random stuff it still says smth. I draw birds cause i like em. Ai doesnt have a personality. Thats why its boring to look at ai art. To me its even more boring than that urinal scandal. Even if you dislike that too, at least you can wonder "whats wrong with the guy who put a urinal in an art gallery" with ai there is nothing to question at all
