Well, Pro-AIs always mention about the advantages of AI being that it is perfect, even though:
1. It is not. Nothing is perfect. Nothing can accurately show what is on a human mind for one nanosecond. Real art gives the most control, even if the skill has to be honed. If you think it did, it’s just the human mind shaping itself to what the AI generated, and that means you lose creativity.
2. A common metric for people promoting AI works is “perfect”, even at the cost of other artists who never permitted their art to be used as training data and will now never be traced.
Also, if you like results without the effort of practice, just don’t go into art. Try shorting local businesses or something. One of the best experiences of art is being able to show how you improved over all that time and energy, and how well spent it is. 6 months of practice is better time spent than 5 seconds of waiting for the bot to respond.
