In terms of systems engineering, LLM chatbots are difficult because they are unreliable. Business AI systems using LLM tech have a substantial climb to deliver useful automation without a human-in-the-loop.
It's fascinating what can be done with them, but there's no magic without the serious engineering for handling specific use cases.
